'Code of Ethics'. Listed below, are the ten points that make up
The Code of Ethics, which makes Childcare Jobs a unique organisation
where customer service (client and candidates alike) is the driving
principle.
• All candidates undergo in-depth
interviews before presentation
• Candidates are consulted before we forward a CV to a client
• All candidates are fully briefed about the job specification
• All candidates are thoroughly prepared for interviews
• All candidates will be fully reference checked before
any job offer is made
• We stay in contact with clients and candidates throughout
the recruitment process
• Clients and candidates are fully briefed about each other,
whilst ensuring total confidentiality of both parties, where necessary
• We do not operate on a hit and miss basis. We match specific
candidates to specific job descriptions
• Our clients will be informed if we fail to find a suitable
candidate
• We will not inundate our clients with inappropriate CVs
