if you are in full time employment.

your specific requirements. We will always be honest and give you
the 'real picture' to ensure you manage your expectations and understand
what is achievable. We can advise you of local and national opportunities
and will be there to offer support and advice.

We like to get to know our candidates, so that we can build trust
and clear communication. The relationship begins the moment you
contact one of our consultants, who will listen to you, get to know
you and get an understanding of what you're looking for –
in complete confidentiality. By listening to you, we save you and
your potential employer a lot of time and effort and stress!

that our interview takes a little longer than most – 45/60
minutes, on average. We find more time spent here, can speed things
up later on.
