OUR APPROACH

Caring about and listening to our candidates is vital to our success. We believe this unreservedly and each member of staff at Childcare Jobs believes in honestly advising candidates to constructively help them in their careers - even if this means we cannot help you ourselves.

We understand the difficulty you face in finding a new role. It's a minefield of job boards, recruiters, adverts and stress - particularly if you are in full time employment.

We aim to take the stress away from you and tailor our search to your specific requirements. We will always be honest and give you the 'real picture' to ensure you manage your expectations and understand what is achievable. We can advise you of local and national opportunities and will be there to offer support and advice.

As a registered candidate with Childcare jobs we guarantee that you are only put forward for positions that genuinely fulfill your interests and abilities.
We like to get to know our candidates, so that we can build trust and clear communication. The relationship begins the moment you contact one of our consultants, who will listen to you, get to know you and get an understanding of what you're looking for – in complete confidentiality. By listening to you, we save you and your potential employer a lot of time and effort and stress!

Once you contact Childcare Jobs, you will be invited to meet with one of our consultants. Listening to you gives us a clearer picture of your skills, your personality and your experience. If you have been with a recruitment agency previously, you may notice that our interview takes a little longer than most – 45/60 minutes, on average. We find more time spent here, can speed things up later on.
