OUR APPROACH

As with all aspects of Childcare Jobs our philosophy with regard to our clients is simple - We believe in working with clients that want to work with us. It may sound obvious but it is essential that strong communication and trust exists between both parties to create a successful and productive working relationship.

We realise the importance of this and develop strong partnerships with clients that give us the time to understand the specifics of a job. The relationship is continually nurtured and developed and we like to take the time, where possible, to meet with our clients, to get a feel for their childcare facility, to understand the individual culture of their establishment, their likes and dislikes, the preferred recruitment processes and to develop a genuine and positive rapport resulting in mutual understanding and client confidence.

We welcome and invite client feedback. This information will allow us to develop our service specifically to client requirements. We work within a structure which provides us with a lot of latitude to create client specific tailor-made solutions.
